Today was the official completion of the On the Job Training Program, which was implemented by the Manufacturing Club in cooperation with USAID EMPOWER in partnership with SIDA.
The municipalities where this program was implemented were the municipalities of Gjilan, Viti, Kacanik and Hani i Elezit. Whereas, the first beneficiaries of this project were 255 candidates from these municipalities, who were trained in the 19 partner manufacturing companies of the Club.
Of the 255 candidates who were part of the training, 131 of them remain employed in the companies where they delivered the training.
The overall objective of this project was to promote the social inclusion of unemployed youth by providing them with professional support and training in the labor market.
Attending the closing ceremony were representatives of the partner companies as well as the municipalities where the project was implemented.
