Devolli Group has inaugurated the ecological park of renewable energy, “ECO PARK”, which is the largest solar park in the region.
This extraordinary project was built in Gjakova as an investment of Birra Peja, and it represents a step of increasing the production of renewable energy and it is a step towards the sustainable and responsible development of the production sector.
The innovative technology used in this park will produce 6 MWh, thus becoming a very important pillar of meeting the country’s needs in power supply.
The project was realized in cooperation with the prestigious German company SOLEA, known as one of the most innovative companies in the field of solar energy, which also gives a great importance to the protection of the environment.
Therefore, Birra Peja becomes the first local company that invests in the field of renewable energy, being fully convinced that it is the responsibility of each of us and of vital importance to give the generations a clean and healthy environment. “ECO PARK” as a capital project, which makes Birra Peja the first Kosovar company to undertake concrete steps towards preserving the mass environment. This project can be considered as an example in Kosovo and beyond, as it will have a major impact on an important issue for everyone, such as the environment in which we live.
