Today, the Kosovo Manufacturing Club organized a visit for the incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the incumbent Minister Rozeta Hajdari from the Ministry of Economy, Labor, Trade, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments, to two manufacturing companies in the municipality of Lipjan. This time they were visiting the company of wet paper production “Happy” and the “Elnor” wood processing company.

Prime Minister Kurti, together with Minister Hajdari, were closely informed about the challenges that these manufacturers are facing during this time and express their readiness to be closer to the manufacturers during this time. The local manufacturers also appreciated their visit and asked that the next support of government during this pandemic to be stronger and demanded that their voice should be heard in the decisions that affect them. They said the next round of government’s support should be a push to revive the manufacturing sector.

During these visits, the executive director of the Manufacturing Club, Astrit Panxha, also asked the incumbent Prime Minister Kurti to change the law on public prosecution. He once again said that the economy of our country will be strengthened only when local manufacturers will be valued for their work and citizens and institutions will support manufacturers by buying Made in Kosovo products.
