Kosovo Manufacturing Club together with representatives of EYE (Enhancing Youth Employment) continued their visits to local manufacturing factories, this time they visited the factories of “Comodita” and “Intertext Kosova” to get more familiar with their work.
The purpose of this visit was to establish new contacts and build co-operation between producers and the Center for Education and Professional Counseling “Gjon Nikollë Kazazi” in Gjakova, as well as provide vocational training opportunities for students of this school and the possibility of future employment. Also, the purpose of the visit was to announce this school with the needs and real demands of the labor market.
During this visit it was noted that one of the many problems faced by almost all manufactures in Kosovo is the lack of skilled workforce which constitutes a major challenge for producers that directly affects the advancement of the manufacturing sector in the country.
