Three new members have joined in Kosovo Manufacturing Club (KMC). KMC is an organization which aims to advocate favorable producers’ policies to state institutions, to co-operate with relevant stakeholders to foster the development of the manufacturing sector. The new members who now are already part of KMC are: Intersteel, Viprint and RIZAM Holding.

The factory of steel pipes – Intersteel has established a tradition in the production of various steel products as well as their placement since 2006, not only in Kosovo and in the countries of the region Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro but also in Romania and Turkey. This corporation has a solid economic potential as it possesses the metal pipeline production line as well as a developed commercial network, which enables progress and prospects for growth in the economic base. This corporation currently employs 50 workers, and the company’s main activity is the production of metal products, iron, steel and ferro-alloy production, the production of armor, windows, metal gates, as well as wholesale trade.

Viprint is a customer-oriented business that provides printing services for private, state, public, and international organizations operating in the Republic of Kosovo and abroad. Viprint offers high quality, fast work and innovative new products for its customers. Viprint’s scope of activity covers the printing of books, magazines, posters, wall calendars, table calendars, memoranda, newsletters, envelopes, business cards, tickets, packages, bags, and various advertising materials for commercial companies. Viprint is undoubtedly the most innovative printing press not only in Kosovo but also beyond.

The company RIZAM Holding is a family manufacturing company that has been in operation since 1989. However, the first private factory in Kosovo for the production of construction material from clay-blocks has started during 2006-2008, in Krusha. RIZAM Holding Company employs over 120 workers. RIZAM Holding’s business is divided into the mill grinding plant under the name RIZAM, and the polypropene manufacturer named POLITEKS. The purpose of KMC is to encourage discussion and cooperation between club members, state and private institutions to strengthen and promote local products as well as to raise citizens’ awareness of the quality of local products. In the future, the club will make membership of other producers, in accordance with the club’s statute.
