Astrit Panxha the Executive Director of the Manufacturing Club, together with some of the board members was today in a meeting with the President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Mr. Glauk Konjufca. During the meeting, they discussed in detail the activities of the KMC, mainly about the main focus of export growth and professional training of workers in the manufacturing sector.
Also, during the meeting, the Resolution of Manufacturers was handed over to the Speaker, through which the Manufacturing Club demands that the production industry be declared a sector of national importance. The purpose of this resolution is to support manufacturing enterprises in increasing their capacity, which would directly affect the growth of exports and reduce the trade balance.
Speaker Konjufca expressed his readiness to support manufacturers and reiterated that sustainable economic development depends especially on the development of the manufacturing sector.
